Emma Mulvaney-Stanek
Emma Mulvaney-Stanak was elected to the city council in March 2009 from Ward 2. She serves on the ordinance committee and community development committee in her capacity as a city councilor. She is a labor organizer for Vermont-NEA, the public school teacher and support staff union. She was the Director of the Vermont Livable Wage Campaign from 2003-2007 at the Peace & Justice Center in Burlington. Emma has lived in Burlington since 2003 and is originally from Barre, Vermont.
